Corporate digital signage

Deploy digital signage in your lobby to greet visitors, reinforce your company's mission and quality dedication statements, promote new products or services, announce company awards and accomplishments and offer special promotions.

Use digital signage beyond your main lobby to help keep employees informed and motivated.  Use digital signage as an electronic newsletter in the breakroom, near elevators and walkways, or anywhere that employees gather to promote company best practices, publicize employee events, introduce new employees, spotlight well performing employees, promote employee activities and teams, release growth figures and business wins, disseminate health and safety information, advertise company/community partnerships, build staff morale and even quell rumors.

Digital signage is an especially effective internal company communication tool for workers who don't have access to computers throughout the day, whether they are production workers or "meeting warriors" who go from meeting to meeting most of the day.  It is a powerful tool to communicate that "this is a great place to work."  Digital signage replaces traditional bulletin boards in a more modern, eye-catching way.

Digital signage in the HR area can be used to promote company benefits and assure prospective employees that this "is a terrific company to be a part of" and that they will be a welcome member of the team.  Use it to deliver information to job applications and to promote your corporate culture.

Use digital signage strategically.  For example, when a key vendor comes to visit, schedule messages on the sales prowess of your organization, just for the few minutes when the vendor is waiting for his appointment with top management.  When an important customer comes for a site tour, include messages about your company's work with that customer, or other customer testimonials on your quality and customer service.  You can have different displays for different departments, each sharing messages created for other parts of the company, and each having targeted messages for individual departments.  A sales department digital display reminds sales employees about products to highlight and give updates on sales goal achievement.  Specific messages in the production area focuses on production statistics and safety.  A project management display would include task lists and project updates.

Make your messages interesting to watch.  At the beginning of the workday, use digital signage to greet employees and inform them of any special events, meetings or visitors today.  During breaks and meals, devote a large display zone to broadcasting sports or news, and have a company news ticker scroll at the bottom of the screen.  Just before employees leave for the day, thank them for their efforts and display traffic information or live weather as well as the company news ticker.  At other times, show customer testimonials or employee interviews.  You can also broadcast the CEO's quarterly talk to the troops on the digital signage system.

We offer the Carousel digital signage content management system because of its ease of use.  Messages can be quickly posted and scheduled.  Graphics can be easily added.  Your marketing department's graphic artists can make beautiful graphics to import into Carousel, or simple, yet attractive messages can be made by all potential content creators, speeding up time-to-message.  It is all done by using a web-browser and web-based software, so there's no software to install on employee's computers.  For your own security, software and messages reside on a server in your own facility.  You establish user rights, including creation-only, creation-and-approval, or approval-only, so management always has control over messages on your digital signage system.

The system is very expandable, so you can have multiple display "channels" in your facility, and the system can also be deployed on an enterprise basis, where you have facilities and offices in multiple locations.  It can even be set up so that remote workers can access messages via the internet, through websites and RSS feeds.
