When you Save Page as Gallery Item… the entire Notebook page you are viewing is turned into a Gallery Item.  From the Macintosh desktop, you see the SCORM Icon for the Gallery Item at the left (M1107A.galleryitem).  Drag and drop the SCORM item into the My Content to use it in all Notebook files.

If you save this SCORM file to your desktop, and you double click on the SCORM file, a new Notebook opens up using this Gallery Item page as the background.
