You can insert a Flash File like you would any picture.  Notebook software reads SWF (Shockwave Flash) files.  A fun Flash file to try is Calmbay1, a cheerful SWF file © Mandryka, 2003.

When you insert a SWF into Notebook 10 software, it plays the first time you open the page.  To play it again, quit Notebook and open it again.
