Groups is a new Notebook 10 feature.  Click on the Group box at the top of the Page Sorter area to access the Edit Groups command.

When you click Edit Groups you see the above window in Notebook.  By default, there is one group in Notebook, called Group1.  To add another group, click the Add Group button in the upper left corner.  At the top center, you have directions to “Edit your groups by using drag and drop.”  The circled red close box on the upper right exits you back to normal Notebook mode.

Above, we have created two new groups - “Addition” and “Subtraction.”  We dragged each page to the correct group (program 2, 3, and 5 have addition problems) (program 1, 4, and 6 have subtraction problems).

When a new group is created, a blank page is also created.  After forming your groups, use the thumbnail page’s Object Menu to delete these unneeded pages.  You can also quickly create Screen Shades for each page from this Object Menu.
