Chapter 2 - Welcome Center - An Introduction

When you launch Notebook 10 software, the Welcome Center is the first new feature you see.  This chapter quickly explains the basics of the Welcome Center and how to turn off the Welcome Center.

Touch the Quick Start tab of the Welcome Center and you can create a New Notebook File, Open Existing File, go to Recently Opened Notebook Files or Orient.

This chapter also covers how to orient your SMART Board.  The pen tray's virtual mouse and virtual keyboard keys are also discussed.
